FAQ's

A credit is consumed each time our system successfully identifies a website visitor, which could be either an individual or a company. If the system identifies both the company and the person who works for that company, it will still cost only 1 credit, not two.

When a new visitor comes to your website, our system tries to identify both the individual and their company. There are four possible outcomes:

  1. Individual and Company Identified: Both the individual and their company are recognized. The individual will appear in “Leads: Individuals” and the company in “Leads: Companies”. This action uses 1 credit.
  2. Individual Identification Only: Only the individual is recognized. They will be listed in “Leads: Individuals”. This action uses 1 credit.
  3. Company Identification Only: Only the company is recognized. It will appear in “Leads: Accounts”. This action uses 1 credit.
  4. Anonymous Visitor: Neither the individual nor the company is recognized. The visit is recorded as “Anonymous” in “All Traffic”. This action uses 0 credit.

Here’s a simple guideline: if your monthly website traffic is up to 500 visitors, you might need around 250 credits. Use this benchmark to choose the plan that’s right for you. Feel free to start with 250 credits, and you can always upgrade anytime if that’s not enough.

Our tool is fully GDPR compliant. It ensures privacy by only identifying individuals located in the United States. For non-U.S. visitors, the system only identifies companies, not individuals.

Position Overview:

The Account Coordinator is responsible for servicing and maintaining client relationships with assigned accounts using a consultative approach with client contacts. This position champions the tactical responsibilities that drive client results and manages the daily team business.

You serve as the production contact on assigned accounts and manage their marketing projects/programs across a matrixed organization, working with our sales, service & support teams, Centers of Excellence, data engineering & professional services teams, and client partners. Your role is relied upon to create and demonstrate value within our client relationships, monetize that value, and lead/organize a team to deliver desired results.

You will direct key account planning activities, manage client processes and/or campaigns, and be accountable for on-time delivery of client projects with flawless execution. This will require an eye for detail and adherence to process at each step in account campaign or project work. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing account support team members. The end result is client satisfaction and retention, and achievement of team revenue and gross profit goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $40,000 – $60,000 + Bonus Plan.

Vacation time, health, dental, life, vision, PTO, and flexible work-from-home days.

The team works 9 am to 2 pm Monday-Friday in the office with the flexibility to work from home when needed.
