Who We Are?

From our beginnings as the #1 ranked LinkedIn specialist on Upwork to becoming the first North American agency with an official LinkedIn partnership, Impactable has evolved through strategic growth and expertise development. Today, our team of experts builds LinkedIn-centric marketing ecosystems that power efficient B2B growth strategies.

With leadership from three experienced founders and a deep bench of specialists across multiple marketing channels, we help businesses attract higher-quality prospects, improve marketing ROI, and eliminate waste in their customer acquisition efforts.

We Didn't Create Our Values—We Recognized Them

Some organizations spend weeks trying to define what they stand for. At Impactable, our values weren’t brainstormed—they were observed. They’ve been part of our DNA from the start, shaped by how we work, how we lead, and how we partner with our clients.

These values didn’t come from a meeting room—they came from the culture we’ve built and the results we stand behind. They’re not aspirational—they’re foundational.

Our Core Values

Integrity & Accountability

We do the right thing—especially when it’s hard. We own our work, follow through on our promises, and hold ourselves to a higher standard because our clients and our teammates deserve nothing less.

Transparency & Trust

We say what we mean and mean what we say. Whether it’s celebrating wins or navigating challenges, we believe honest, open communication builds the kind of trust that turns partnerships into long-term relationships.

Collaboration & Respect

We are one team. We lead with empathy, value diverse perspectives, and believe the best work happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported. Mutual respect isn’t optional—it’s the baseline.

Innovation & Growth

We stay curious, test boldly, and learn fast. We push boundaries—not for the sake of it, but because we’re committed to evolving, adapting, and leveling up in everything we do.

Client-Centered Excellence

Our clients don’t just hire us—they count on us. We step into every engagement as true strategic partners, focused on outcomes that actually move the needle. Because when our clients grow, we all grow.

Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid – 3 in office / 2 remote)

Compensation: $40,000–$60,000 + Bonus Plan + Benefits designed to keep you happy

About Impactable:

We’re Impactable—an investor-backed, LinkedIn-centric B2B marketing agency that’s moving fast, growing faster, and not looking back. Think startup hustle meets agency precision. We’ve doubled in size twice and are on track to do it again, thanks to a fierce blend of smart marketing, sharp strategy, and ambitious acquisitions.

Our squad? A globally-savvy team of marketers, data nerds, and creative thinkers who know their way around a funnel and a Figma file. If you love juggling fast-paced marketing projects, geeking out over timelines and client KPIs, and have the kind of follow-up game that would make a CRM blush—this might just be your moment.

The Role:

You’re the glue. The go-to. The one who keeps client projects on-track, timelines tight, and quality flawless. As Marketing Project Manager, you’ll quarterback campaigns across teams and functions—think sales, creative, ops, and analytics—and ensure our clients feel heard, cared for, and wowed by the results. You’ll own the details, master the process, and make magic happen behind the scenes (and sometimes on Zoom).

This isn’t just about keeping things organized—it’s about driving real results for clients through killer project execution and confident relationship management. Your superpowers: proactive communication, creative problem-solving, and never letting a ball drop.

What You’ll Be Rocking:

  • Running the show on assigned accounts—timeline wrangling, deliverable tracking, cross-functional coordination.

  • Acting as the client’s day-to-day contact: responsive, resourceful, and always one step ahead.

  • Translating strategy into action by turning client goals into killer project plans.

  • Partnering with sales, strategy, and creative teams to launch B2B marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, programmatic, etc.)

  • Surfacing KPIs and reporting with clarity and confidence—visibility is key.

  • Keeping quality sky-high and launching projects on time (because chaos is cute until it’s not).

  • Mentoring junior team members and helping level-up the department.

  • Managing multiple projects like a boss, because multitasking is your default setting.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Have 2+ years of marketing/advertising experience (agency = major bonus points).

  • Know your way around project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, etc.).

  • Are fluent in marketing-speak—think funnels, KPIs, and media channels.

  • Can speak confidently to B2B strategies and campaign types (LinkedIn is our bread and butter).

  • Have client-facing experience and know how to keep clients smiling, informed, and impressed.

  • Are cool under pressure, thrive in fast-paced environments, and don’t need micromanaging.

  • Can manage 10 plates in the air without dropping a single one (and look good doing it).

  • Are tech-savvy, process-obsessed, and weirdly excited about a flawless file naming convention.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A degree in marketing, comms, business, or a related field

  • Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, etc.)

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta, or programmatic platforms

  • Experience using Google Analytics or Tag Manager

  • A sense of humor and the ability to make chaos look coordinated

What You Get (Besides Bragging Rights):

  • Competitive salary + performance bonus

  • PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance

  • A flexible hybrid work model

  • A growth-minded team that takes development seriously (but not themselves)

Ready to Work Hard, Laugh Often, and Launch Campaigns Like a Pro?

We’re not looking for someone to just “coordinate.” We want someone who drives—projects, relationships, and real results. If that’s you, let’s build something powerful together.

Client Solutions Advisor (Account Manager)

$900/month - $1,500/month

About the job

Location: San Antonio Office; This role will be a hybrid work-from-home/in-office position; onsite presence in our San Antonio office will be required 3 days per week.

Ready to Lead Marketing Strategy Like a Pro?

This isn’t your standard Account Manager role — we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes marketing strategy and client success.

We’re seeking a sharp, marketing-minded Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing and strategic relationship-building. You’ll be the trusted advisor and go-to partner for our high-growth, high-potential accounts, ensuring that client goals translate into powerful marketing plans with measurable results.

What You’ll Actually Do (No Fluff):

  • Be the face of our agency to top-tier clients, building trust and delivering exceptional marketing outcomes.

  • Lead client strategy and communication with clarity, translating goals into actionable marketing plans.

  • Partner closely with our CoE teams, creative, analytics, and sales to launch and optimize B2B campaigns — with a strong focus on LinkedIn and other performance channels.

  • Continuously gather insights on strategies, tactics, and channels that drive client results, and apply these learnings across your portfolio.

  • Advise clients on cross-vertical best practices, emerging trends, and proven marketing approaches to enhance performance.

  • Identify occasional upsell or cross-sell opportunities that support the client’s marketing success.

This Role Is For You If You:

  • Are first and foremost a strategist and relationship-builder, with a consultative approach to client success.

  • Love digging into performance metrics and using them to shape smarter, more effective marketing.

  • Can talk confidently to executives about marketing results and next steps.

  • Have hands-on knowledge of digital marketing — especially B2B — and a passion for driving measurable ROI.

  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership without constant direction.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or IT services marketing.

  • Understand agency life and can juggle multiple accounts without missing a beat.

  • Have a track record of achieving marketing objectives while keeping clients engaged and informed.

What’s In It For You:

  • The chance to own a portfolio of clients and directly influence their marketing success.

  • Collaboration with a team that values results, innovation, and doing right by the client.

  • Competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and the ability to shape marketing strategy across industries.

Apply now — let’s create marketing that delivers.

Senior Sales Operations Specialist

$900/month - $1,500/month

Location: Ukraine, remote

The Role:
This is an owner seat, not a support role. The Senior Sales Operations Specialist runs Impactable’s revenue operations end to end — CRM, pipeline, billing, contracts, reporting, and warm-signal automation — independently, reporting directly to the SVP, Revenue & Growth.

You diagnose problems, build solutions, and keep the SVP informed at the decision level — not the task level. Success means the revenue function runs without hand-holding: clean data, accurate pipeline, on-time proposals, working automations, and warm signals routed to the right owner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Management — Maintain HubSpot data integrity, run hygiene checks, enforce governance standards, and train the sales team on best practices.
  • Sales Support — Keep pre-call automation fed with clean firmographic data, own new-client handoffs to ClickUp, and maintain integration points between AI notetakers, CRM sync, and sales workflows.
  • Pipeline Management — Own deal-stage accuracy through automation and spot-checks; surface stalled or misclassified deals and flag bottlenecks to leadership.
  • Billing — Set up billing portals, maintain the HubSpot product library, and ensure correct line items are in place before contracts go out.
  • Contracts & Proposals — Draft proposals using AI from call recordings, maintain PandaDoc templates, and manage the HubSpot—PandaDoc sync.
  • Reporting — Maintain pipeline trackers and HubSpot dashboards; deliver weekly and monthly reporting; own forecast accuracy and surface the story behind the numbers proactively.
  • Process Optimization — Identify and implement improvements, document SOPs, and evaluate new HubSpot features for adoption.
  • Warm-Signal Automation — Capture engagement and inbound signals, route them to the right owner within SLA, maintain prospect-list hygiene, and report on volume, routing speed, and conversion.

Required Skills, Education, and Knowledge:
  • 3+ years in sales or revenue operations, with proven end-to-end ownership
  • Strong HubSpot proficiency: pipelines, deal management, reporting, automation
  • Demonstrated ability to build and document process from scratch
  • Analytical — brings recommendations forward without being asked
  • Comfortable owning signal routing, enrichment, deduplication, and suppression
  • Operates with minimal oversight; escalates judgment calls, not routine decisions

Nice to have: Experience with LinkedIn or email outbound tooling (HeyReach or equivalent).

Selection Process:
Three work-sample exercises — no resume-only screens:
  1. Data hygiene — Clean a messy CRM export, flag anomalies, and recommend a fix so the issue doesn’t recur.
  2. Signal-routing build — Design a capture, enrichment, and routing flow from a rough ICP and warm engagement signals; explain how you’d measure it.
  3. Ambiguous request — Respond to a deliberately under-specified ask to demonstrate clarifying instinct and judgment.
