Our Story
1. Idea
Our Founder, Justin Rowe, realized the power of LinkedIn when his unique approach led to an ownership opportunity in a restaurant franchise. What started with LinkedIn Lead Generation on freelance and RFP sites quickly took off.
2. Launch
Justin became the #1 LinkedIn Expert on the world’s largest RFP site and officially launched LinkNLearn which would eventually become Impactable. LinkNLearn exploded into a full blown agency and expanded their offerings to include LinkedIn Paid Ads.
We’ve had the honor of working with over 1,000 companies in more than 30 countries while growing our team to 20+ staff and contractors.
Currently we are ranked as one of the top LinkedIn Ads Agencies in the world and manage over 150 B2B brands.
3. Transformation into
In mid 2021 LinkNLearn was acquired by a data heavy investor and rebranded as Impactable.
The trajectory of our agency has been dramatically altered and we could not be happier with the new vision of our future. Our team is made up of some the absolute leading LinkedIn Experts in the world and now backed by data resources and expertise that will allow us to serve our clients in more meaningful ways.

Previously a part-owner of a small restaurant franchise, Justin founded a LinkedIn lead gen agency called "LinknLearn" that would later be acquired and evolve into what is now Impactable His superpowers include bringing together a team of amazing humans and being absolutely obsessed with the "marketing ecosystem".
Tina Brun
One of the absolute nicest people you'll likely come in contact with, Tina has been an absolute joy to have on our team. She remembers every special occasion and is usually the first person to reach out with a sweet message that has caused a few tears to be shed. She has a passion for building teams and training which we intent to fully leverage.
